Summary: After bringing our luggage down 2 long hallways on the first, we discovered the kitchen floor was coverd with water and we almost fell. They immediately apologized and gave us a different room on the 2nd floor & more convenient near the elevator. The rooms were clean except the toilet had a very dark stain. Many areas of wear & tear in the room and other areas. My husband was so disappointed te hot tub was broken. But we enjoyed the nice size indoor, heated pool. Very good breakfast buffet included. Friendly & helpful staff.
